Raab's Cabinet Shop, LLC

Since the early 1960's, Robert H. Raab has been a residential remodeling contractor specializing in kitchens. In 1980, Robert's son Kevin, having worked with his dad as a carpenter for a few years, had a desire to establish Raab Cabinetry - a division of Robert H. Raab - Contractor. Kevin started fabricating Corian and laminate counter tops, custom laminate and wood cabinetry, mantels and many other items from wood. After working together for 20 years, Robert decided to semi-retire; and Kevin took over the leadership role of the family business and changed the trade name to Raab's Cabinet Shop. Kevin incorporated the business in 2006. We continued to operate as a small family business with our showroom remaining in our original Rockville location until October 2008. At which time we consolidated our showroom with our fabrication facility in Dickerson, MD.
